成都第31届世界大学生夏季运动会广播电视专网传输系统介绍

摘要 成都第31届世界大学生夏季运动会广播电视专网以国际广播中心(International Broadcast Centre,IBC)为中央节点,与各赛事场馆中的技术运行中心(Technical Operation Center,TOC)节点建立传输连接。根据各场馆与IBC间距离以及网络建设情况,采用裸光纤网络和光传送网(Optical Transport Network,OTN)专网两种方式,覆盖成都市各竞赛直播场馆,完成视音频信号传输。采用光端机传输、JPEG-XS浅压缩、安全可靠传输(Secure Reliable Transport,SRT)、动态同步转移模式(Dynamic synchronous Transfer Mode,DTM)等传输技术手段,以提高系统性能和效率,提高系统的传输能力和稳定性,满足高带宽、低时延、高可靠的信号传输需求,以及观众收看超高清、高清的现场直播信号需求。 The dedicated broadcast and television network for the 3lst Summer Universiade in Chengdu is centered around the International Broadcasting Center(IBC),which establishes transmission connections with Technical Operation Center(TOC)nodes in various competition venues.Depending on the distance between each venue and the IBC,as well as the network infrastructure,two transmission methods are employed:bare optical fiber networks and Optical Transport Network(OTN)specialized networks.These approaches cover all live broadcasting venues in Chengdu,ensuring the transmission of audio and video signals.Technologies such as optical transceivers,JPEG-XS light compression,Secure Reliable Transport(SRT),and Dynamic synchronous Transfer Mode(DTM)are utilized to enhance system performance,efficiency,and stability.This setup meets the requirements for high bandwidth,low latency,and reliable signal transmission,catering to the audience's demand for ultra-high-definition and high-definition live broadcast signals.
