摘要
基于核酸扩增的信号放大技术的蓬勃发展,引起了食源性致病菌检验检测技术的革新。如何构建可视化、低设备要求的快速检测方法并将其应用于实际检验,已经成为食品安全领域关注的焦点。功能化纳米材料以其优异的物理、化学性质及较高的生物亲和性成为搭载生物识别分子的优异信号平台。本文归纳总结了近5年来基于信号放大技术、纳米生物传感器技术在食源性金黄色葡萄球菌检测中的应用现状及研究进展,对不同方法的原理、应用范围、优势进行了综述,以期为食源性金黄色葡萄球菌检测方法的研发和应用提供新的思路。
The rapid development of signal amplification technology based on nucleic acid amplification has led to the innovation of food-borne pathogens detection technology.How to construct visual,low equipment requirements for rapid detection methods and apply them has become the focus of attention in the field of food safety.Functional nanomaterials are excellent signal platforms for carrying biometric molecules because of their excellent physical and chemical properties and high biocompatibility.This article summarized the current application status and research progress of signal amplification technology and nano biosensor technology in the detection of foodborne Staphylococcus aureus in the past five years,reviewed the principles,application scope,advantages of different methods,in order to provide new ideas for the development and application of detection methods for foodborne Staphylococcus aureus.
