摘要
核电项目具有建设周期长、参建单位众多、技术难度大、土建安装深度交叉的特点,在移交接产与完工验收方面,各家核电厂形成了各具特色的管理模式。本文从移交接产与完工验收的关系出发,梳理建安竣工文件的编制单元、编制时间及移交期限,分析不同组卷模式下建安竣工文件移交归档面临的问题,以期提高建安竣工文件移交的效率。
Nuclear power projects have the characteristics of long construction period,numerous participating units,high technical difficulty and deep intersections of civil construction and installation.Each nuclear power plant has formed its own unique management mode in terms of hand-over and acceptance.Based on the relationship between handover and acceptance,this paper summarizes the preparation unit,preparation time and handover period of construction and installation completion documents,and analyzes the problems in the transfer and filing of completion documents under different filing modes,in order to improve the efficiency of the transfer of construction and installation completion documents.
