档案开放审核是开展档案利用服务的重要工作内容之一,加大档案开放审核力度是新时期档案部门的重要任务。新时期档案开放审核工作存在多个难点,表现为团队专业能力较弱,复合型人才短缺;技术渗透难度高,档案开放审核方法落后;开放审核与政府信息公开之间衔接不紧密,协同关系较弱。创新新时期档案开放审核工作路径,必须培育专业的开放审核工作人员,提升员工技能;引入现代信息技术,提高档案开放审核工作效率;构建多主体协作模式,实现不同业务主体间的协同。

The open audit of archives is one of the important tasks in carrying out archives utilization service,and increasing the intensity of archives open audit is an important task for archival departments in the new era.There are multiple difficulties in the opening audit of archives in the new era,manifested as weak team professional abilities and a shortage of versatile talents,the great difficulty in technological penetration and backward methods for opening audit of archives,the loose connection between open audit and government information disclosure and the weak collaborative relationship.In order to innovate the path of archives open audit in the new era,we must cultivate professional open audit personnel and enhance their skills,introduce modern information technology to improve the efficiency of archives open audit,build a multi-agent collaboration model to achieve collaboration betweendifferent business agents.
