组织创新视角下的企业管理数字化变革研究

Research on the digital transformation of enterprise management from the perspective of organizational innovation

摘要 从微观层面和组织创新视角剖析企业管理数字化变革内在机理对宏观层面政策制定具有重要支撑价值。本文基于全国首个信息化与工业化深度融合示范区3109家企业2015至2020年连续6年推行数字化管理的追踪调查数据,从组织创新视角研究了企业数字领域探索和开发,以及龙头企业示范效应对企业推进管理数字化变革的影响。研究发现:(1)企业在推进管理数字化变革过程中应采取探索和开发协同推进策略,兼顾新知识引入和已有知识的整合、再利用。(2)龙头企业示范效应可有效降低其他企业管理数字化变革过程中的经营风险和战略不确定性,进而推动当地整体管理数字化变革进程。(3)异质性分析表明,龙头企业示范效应对不同行业和规模企业的影响存在差异。本文的研究结果为企业数字化管理决策和政府产业数字化政策的制定提供了实证支持,对于全国范围内的企业管理数字化变革推进具有重要启示意义;同时将组织创新理论拓展到数字化改革领域,为数字经济和组织创新研究提供了新理论视角。 This paper analyzed the internal mechanism of digital transformation in enterprise management from the micro-level and organizational innovation perspective,which holds significant supporting value for policymaking at the macro level.Drawing upon six years(2015-2020)of tracking survey data from 3109 enterprises within the first national demonstration zone of China for deep integration of informatization and industrialization,this study explored and developed the enterprises'digital capabilities from an organizational innovation perspective and examined the impact of leading enterprises'demonstration effects on promoting digital transformation in enterprise management.The study findings are as follows:(1)Enterprises should employ collaborative strategies that integrate new knowledge while leveraging existing knowledge to drive digital transformation;(2)The demonstration effect of leading enterprises reduces operational risks and strategic uncertainties for other firms,thereby accelerating local digital transformation efforts;(3)Heterogeneous analysis revealed varying impacts of the demonstration effect across industries and company scales.This paper has provided empirical evidence and decision support for enterprises to formulate digital management decisions and for governments to formulate industrial digitization policies,thus offering important insights for further promoting digital transformation in enterprise management nationwide.At the same time,it has extended the theory of organizational innovation to the field of digital reform,thus providing a new theoretical perspective for research on the digital economy and organiza-tional innovation.
