摘要
养马岛古称莒岛,又名象岛,地处牟平北部黄海之中,总面积约10平方公里,岛上风光秀美,空气清新,气候宜人。养马岛传说就发生在牟平北部沿海和养马岛一带,主要是以清代以来流传秦始皇东巡牧马为蓝本的民间故事。秦始皇统一六国后曾三次东巡。第一次东巡于公元前216年开始,此刻秦始皇正值不惑,且首夺天下、意气风发。为显示皇权显赫,令六国遗民不敢小视,所带车辆无数、战马如云,傍着系马山营寨绵延数里。
Yangma Island,formerly known as Judao Island or Xiangdao Island,is located in the northern part of Mouping in the Yellow Sea,with a total area of about 10 square kilometers.The island boasts beautiful scenery,fresh air,and a pleasant climate.The legend of Yangma Island takes place along the northern coast of Mouping and the Yangma Island area,mainly based on the folk story of Emperor Qin Shi Huang's eastward horse patrol since the Qing Dynasty.
