近年来,山东省济南市大力实施人才强省会战略,全方位培养、引进、用好人才,加快建设黄河流域人才集聚高地。目前,全市人才资源总量突破263万,各类人才净流入15.8万人,综合科技创新指数连续四年名列全省第一,获评“2022中国年度最佳引才城市”,入选“外国专家眼中最具吸引力的中国城市”。
In recent years,Jinan City has been implementing the strategy of revitalizing the province through human resources development,accelerating the construction of the Yellow River Basin Talent Highland by cultivating,introducing and utilizing talents in an all-round way.The city's total talent resources have exceeded 2.63 million,with a net inflow of various types of 158,000 talented people.Furthermore,the comprehensive science and technology innovation index has been ranked first in the province for four consecutive years.Jinan was selected as"China’s Best Talent Attraction City in 2022"and one of the"Most Attractive Chinese Cities in the Eyes of Foreign Experts".
