【编前语】中央金融工作会议举旗定向,明确了金融工作“怎么看”“怎么干”,为新时代新征程推动金融高质量发展指明了前进方向。为切实履行好新时代新征程金融监管职责使命,国家金融监督管理总局正式成立后,在全系统启动“新机构新作风新建树新形象”建设工程(简称“四新”工程)。

The Central Financial Work Conference has clarified"how to look"and"how to do"for the financial work,pointing out the way forward to promote the high-quality development of finance in the new era and new journey.In order to effectively fulfill the responsibilities and missions of financial supervision in the new era and new journey,the NFRA,upon its formal establishment,has launched a system-wide project of"New Institutions,New Style,New Achievements and New Image",focusing on promoting major changes in work,and substantial improvement in supervision through a major change in the thinking.In order to ensure the implementation of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council's major decisions and deployments in the financial sector,the whole system has closely integrated the implementation of the"Four New"project with the study and implementation of the spirit of the Central Financial Work Conference,the Central Economic Work Conference,systematically planning and promoting the integration of efforts,translating the goal of building a financially strong country into vivid practices.This special section focuses on the"Four New"project,inviting the financial regulatory authorities of Tianjin,Zhejiang,Anhui,Guangxi,Sichuan and Qingdao to share their thoughts and experiences in carrying out the"Four New"project,in order to provide useful reference for the entire system and continuously make progresses for financial supervision.
