腹腔镜下手术治疗小儿腹腔型隐睾的效果

Effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of abdominal cryptorchidism in children

目的探讨腹腔镜下手术治疗小儿腹腔型隐睾的临床效果,寻找小儿腹腔型隐睾的最佳治疗方式。方法选取2019年2月—2023年2月山东省滕州市中心人民医院小儿外科收治的腹腔型隐睾90例患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组实施传统常规手术术式(睾丸下降固定术),观察组实施腹腔镜下手术。记录并比较两组患儿的手术相关指标、临床疗效以及并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、术后疼痛时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后疼痛程度评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.899,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为0.00%,低于对照组的15.56%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.590,P<0.05)。结论应用腹腔镜下手术治疗小儿腹腔型隐睾可以明显提升临床疗效,减轻患儿术后疼痛程度,有效降低并发症发生率,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopy surgery in the treatment of abdominal cryptorchidism in children and to find the best way to treat abdominal cryptorchidism in children.Methods From February 2019 to February 2023,90 children with abdominal cryptorchidism who were admitted to the Department of Pediatric Surgery of Shandong Province Tengzhou Central People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received traditonal conventional surgical procedures(testicular descending fixation),and the observation group received laparoscopy surgery.The surgical related indicators,clinical efficacy and incidence of complications between the two groups of children were recorded and compared.Results The surgery time and postoperative pain time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that of the control group,and the score of postoperative pain degree was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 66.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.899,P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 0.00%in the observation group,which was lower than 15.56%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.590,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of laparoscopy surgery in the treatment of abdominal cryptorchidism in children could significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce postoperative pain degree and effectively reduce the incidence of complications.It had high clinical application value.
