糖尿病并发症的发病机制及药物治疗研究进展

Research progress on the pathogenesis and drug therapy of diabetic complications

糖尿病目前已经成为临床上比较常见的慢性疾病,而且患病群体逐渐呈现年轻化发展趋势。越来越多的人们由于饮食不节制、日常生活习惯不合理等问题,患上了2型糖尿病。糖尿病出现并发症的概率非常高,一旦并发症控制效果不理想,存在较高致残率和致死率,会给患者及其家属日常生活造成较大负面影响。糖尿病并发症预防和治疗难度比较高,绝大多数并发症均不可逆,很多糖尿病患者都存在不同类型、不同程度的并发症。虽然,目前用于糖尿病并发症治疗的药物种类和数量比较多,但如何做到正确用药,一直是该领域重点研究内容。本文对糖尿病常见并发症发病机制和治疗药物研究进展进行了综述,旨在为糖尿病并发症的预防及临床治疗提供参考。

At present,diabetes mellitus has become a common chronic disease in clinic,and the population of the disease gradually presents a trend of younger development.More and more people are suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus due to dietary immoderation,unreasonable daily habits and other problems.The probability of complications in diabetes mellitus is very high.Once the control effect of complications is not ideal,there is a high disability rate and mortality rate,which will cause the large negative impact on the daily life of patients and their families.It is very difficult to prevent and treat the complications of diabetes mellitus.Most of the complications are irreversible,and many diabetic patients have different types and degrees of complications.Although there are many kinds and quantities of drugs used for the treatment of diabetic complications at present,how to use the drugs correctly has always been the focus of research in this field.This paper reviews the research progress of pathogenesis and drug therapy of diabetic complications,in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of diabetic complications.
