综合护理干预对儿童痤疮治疗的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of acne in children

目的探讨儿童青春早期痤疮治疗中应用综合护理干预对患儿的影响及效果。方法选取2018年1月—2021年1月于天津市妇女儿童保健中心皮肤科就诊的8~12岁痤疮患儿共120例进行研究,将患儿随机分为研究组和对照组各60例。对照组采用夫西地酸乳膏外涂治疗,研究组在对照组基础上进行综合护理干预。比较两组患儿的治疗效果以及痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.49,P<0.05)。干预前,两组患儿GAGS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患儿GAGS评分较干预前均降低,且研究组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童青春早期痤疮的发生率呈现逐年上升的趋势,引发了患儿及其家长的焦虑情绪。饮食不节、睡眠不足、运动过少、焦虑情绪等可能成为导致儿童痤疮发病率提高的主要影响因素。规范、合理、全面的综合干预对提高儿童青春早期痤疮的治疗效果、降低复发率及预防青春期痤疮的发生具有积极的意义。

Objective To explore the influence and effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of early adolescent acne in children.Methods A total of 120 children with acne aged 8-12 years treated in the dermatology department of Tianjin Women and Children's Health Center from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected for the study.The children were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Foxidic acid cream,the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and global acne grading system(GAGS)scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.49,P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in GAGS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,GAGS scores in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of acne in early youth of children was increasing year by year,which caused anxiety of children and their parents.Improper diet,insufficient sleep,insufficient exercise and anxiety might be the main factors leading to the increase of the incidence of acne in children.Standardized,reasonable and overall comprehensive intervention had positive significance in improving the therapeutic effect of early adolescent acne in children,reducing the recurrence rate and preventing the occurrence of adolescent acne.
