大补阴丸联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗肾阴虚型青春期异常子宫出血的效果观察

Observation on the effect of Great Tonic Yin Pill combined with desogestrel ethinyl estradiol tablet in treatment of kidney Yin-insufficiency abnormal uterine bleeding during puberty

目的观察大补阴丸联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗肾阴虚型青春期异常子宫出血的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月浙江中医药大学附属嘉兴中医院收治的100例肾阴虚型异常子宫出血患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和研究组(50例)。对照组采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗,研究组采用大补阴丸联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗。对比两组治疗前后中医证候积分、治疗有效率、控制止血时间、完全止血时间、基础体温(BBT)双向率、激素水平及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗后中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率为96.00%,高于对照组(82.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.005,P<0.05)。研究组控制止血时间、完全止血时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组BBT双向率为6.00%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。研究组复发率为2.00%,低于对照组的14.00%(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌激素受体、孕激素受体水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的16.00%(P<0.05)。结论大补阴丸联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗肾阴虚型异常子宫出血的疗效显著。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Great Tonic Yin Pill combined with desogestrel ethinyl estradiol tablet in treatment of kidney Yin-insufficiency abnormal uterine bleeding during puberty.Methods One hundred patients with kidney Yin-insufficiency abnormal uterine bleeding during puberty admitted to Jiaxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Zhejiang University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group(50 cases)and study group(50 cases)according to random number table method.The patients in control group were treated with desogestrel ethinyl estradiol tablet,and the patients in study group were treated with Great Tonic Yin Pill combined with desogestrel ethinyl estradiol tablet.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment,effective rates,controlled hemostasis time,complete hemostasis time,bidirectional rate of basal body temperature(BBT),hormone levels,and incidence rates of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in study group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in study group was 96.00%,which was higher than that in control group(82.00%),there was statistically significant difference(χ2=5.005,P<0.05).The controlled hemostasis time,complete hemostasis time in study group were statistically significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).BBT bidirectional rate in study group was 6.00%,which was lower than that in control group(20.00%),there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in study group was 2.00%,which was less than that in control group(14.00%),there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estrogen receptor,and progesterone receptor in study group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in study group was 4.00%,which was lower than that in control group(16.00%),there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Great Tonic Yin Pill combined with desogestrel ethinyl estradiol tablet in treatment of kidney Yin-insufficiency abnormal uterine bleeding during puberty is significant.
