未来素养对未来教育的深远意义——李政涛与法国未来学家瑞尔·米勒的对话

摘要 未来素养(Futures Literacy)对于未来教育发展具有深远影响。本文借助李政涛与法国未来学家瑞尔·米勒的对话,深入探讨了未来素养的多维议题。作为核心素养的前提,未来素养是人类每个个体都应具备的基础能力。改变未来的关键在于增强人们理解想象的能力,进而深化其对世界的认知。这不仅意味着对人类境况的改变,更是要通过识别并超越不同的预期假设,激发个体的自主性想象力。因此,学校系统需要摒弃其固有观念,鼓励和引导学生运用想象力,培养其“运用未来”(Using-the-future)的能力。目前学校与未来研究(Futures Studies)之间的联结还比较有限,需要社会各方更广泛的多维度介入。未来素养实验室(Futures Literacy Laboratories,FLL)作为研究新工具,能有效揭示参与者的预期假设,助力未来素养的培育。我国上海和成都已经初步积累FLL的独特经验,下一步拟通过构建跨学科研究平台、创新教学法以及优化学习流程来推动未来素养教育在中国教育领域的蓬勃发展。 Futures literacy has a profound impact on the development of futures education.Drawing on the dialogue between Li Zhengtao and French futurologist Riel Miller,this article delves into the multi-dimensional issues of futures literacy.As a prerequisite for core competencies,futures literacy is a basic capability that every individual should possess.The key to changing the future lies in enhancing people’s ability to understand and imagine,thereby deepening their understanding of the world.This means not only changing the human condition,but also stimulating individuals’autonomous imagination by identifying and transcending different anticipatory assumptions.Therefore,the school system needs to abandon its inherent concepts,encourage and guide students to use their imagination,and cultivate their ability to“using-the-future”.Currently,the connection between schools and futures studies is still limited,and it requires broader and more dimensional intervention from all sectors of society.As a new research tool,the Futures Literacy Laboratories(FLL)can effectively reveal the anticipatory assumptions of participants and help cultivate futures literacy.Shanghai and Chengdu in China have initially accumulated unique experiences in FLL.In the future,by building interdisciplinary research platforms,innovating new pedagogy methods,and optimizing learning processes,we can promote the vigorous development of futures literacy education in China’s education field.
