铁死亡在神经退行性疾病及围手术期神经认知障碍中的研究进展

Research progress on ferroptosis in neurodegenerative diseases and perioperative neurocognitive disorders

摘要 铁死亡是一种新发现的调节细胞死亡的形式,与许多神经系统疾病的发生、发展相关,包括神经退行性疾病(NDD)。而围手术期神经认知障碍(PND)作为一种麻醉手术相关并发症,在大脑结构与功能退行性变化的老年人中有着较高的发病率。文章就铁死亡与NDD的发生、发展以及与PND之间的联系进行论述,旨在为神经退行性疾病及PND的防治提供新的参考靶点。 Ferroptosis is a newly discovered form of regulating cell death,which is related to the occurrence and development of many nervous system diseases,including neurodegenerative diseases(NDD).Perioperative neurocognitive disorders(PND),a complication associated with anesthesia and surgery,has a high prevalence in the elderly with degenerative changes in brain structure and function.This article discusses the relationship between ferroptosis and the occurrence and development of NDD,as well as with PND,in an effort to provide new reference targets for the prevention and treatment of NDD and PND.
