环形加热型HnB加热烟草芯材的设计分析

摘要 针对国内加热烟草芯材设计开发核心机理认识不足的问题,选取英美烟草Glo为代表的环形加热型加热烟草芯材为研究对象,通过微观结构、常规物理指标、常规化学指标、气溶胶释放物等指标进行测试分析。结果表明:Glo烟草芯材采用传统造纸法再造烟叶工艺进行生产;卷烟烟支圆周为16.55 mm,烟丝质量为0.251 g/支,填充密度为0.272 g/cm3,热水可溶物含量均值为40.41%;芯材的总糖和还原糖含量较低,总植物碱含量适中,灰分均值为8.60%,甘油和丙二醇为Glo烟草芯材主要的烟雾生成剂,平均总量为10.25%;芯材4个主热失重锋出现的温度分别在55, 160, 295和434℃左右,烟草芯材中检出苯并芘、苯酚、巴豆醛、NNK等传统卷烟中的有害成分,但其含量远低于传统卷烟。 In view of the lack of understanding of the core mechanism of the design and development of heated tobacco core materials in China, circumferentially heated tobacco core products represented by BAT Glo series are selected as the research objects, by testing and analyzing indicators such as microstructure, conventional physical indicators, conventional chemical indicators, and aerosol emissions. The results show that Glo tobacco core materials are produced using the traditional papermaking process of reconstituted tobacco;The circumference of the cigarette is 1.655 mm, the weight of the cut tobacco is 0.251 g/piece, the filling density is 0.272 g/cm^(3), and the average content of hot water soluble substances is 40.41%;The total sugar and reducing sugar contents of the core material are relatively low, the total alkaloid content is moderate, and the average ash content is 8.60%. Glycerol and propylene glycol are the main smoke generating agents for Glo tobacco core material, with an average total amount of 10.25%;The temperature at which the four main thermal weight loss fronts of the tobacco core material appear is around 55, 160, 295 and 434℃, respectively. The harmful components in traditional cigarettes such as benzopyrene, phenol, crotonaldehyde, and NNK are detected in the Glo tobacco core material, but the content is much lower than that in traditional cigarettes.
