“食品微生物实验”活页式教材的建设情况调研与思考

摘要 高职院校“三教”改革,直接关系到人才培养质量,是教育教学内涵建设的核心,其中教材是课程建设与教学内容改革的载体,而实验教材在培养学生综合技能和创新能力方面发挥重要作用。为充分了解“食品微生物实验”教材的建设情况,通过文轩网对相关教材进行检索,分析“食品微生物实验”教材建设的优势和不足,阐述活页教材的开发思路和方法,提出“食品微生物实验”活页式教材建设重点要从3个方面入手,即一要“内容活页”,二要“方法插页”,三要“思政融入”。 The reform of “three education” in higher vocational colleges is directly related to the quality of talent training,and is the core of the connotation construction of education and teaching. Textbooks are the carrier of curriculum construction and teaching content reform, and experimental textbooks play an important role in cultivating students' comprehensive skills and innovative ability. In order to fully understand the construction of “Food Microbiology Experiment” textbooks, search relevant textbooks through Wenxuan network, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the current construction of “Food Microbiology Experiment” textbooks, and expound the development ideas and methods of loose-leaf texbooks. It believes that the construction of texbooks should focus on three aspects. The first is “content loose-leaf”;The second is the “method insert”;The third is “ideological and political education integration”.
