The construction of laboratory safety culture can improve the efficiency of laboratory management, and provide safety guarantee for scientific research and education. Based on the importance of the construction of laboratory safety culture in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the present situation of laboratory safety culture in colleges and universities,and puts forward the construction of laboratory safety culture according to the background of national first-class specialty and the actual situation of laboratory operation in our college. It provides a reference for the construction of laboratory safety culture in colleges and universities.
