摘要
“食品添加剂”是食品质量与安全专业的主干核心课,课程中蕴含丰富的思政元素。在新工科及工程教育认证背景下,根据课程性质和特点,明确课程思政目标,并通过以学生课前预习相关案例、课堂讨论交流为主的教学方式将课程思政元素有机融入课程教学过程中。课程修读结束后的学生问卷调查结果显示,九成以上的学生对课程教学效果满意。这种以专业知识为立足点,通过合理教学设计将思政元素有机融入课程教学过程的方式,能提高教学效果,是培养具有“新工科”能力和“工匠精神”人才的有效途径。
“Food Additives” is a core course in the food quality and safety undergraduate program, and the course contains rich elements of ideology and politics. Under the background of New Engineering and Engineering Education Accreditation,clarify the objectives of the curriculum ideology and politics based on the nature and characteristics of the course, and organically integrate the elements of the curriculum ideology and politics into the course teaching process through the teaching methods of students' pre-course study of the relevant teaching cases and discussion and communication in classroom. The results of the student questionnaire survey at the end of the course show that more than 90% of the students are satisfied with the teaching effect of the course. This way of integrating the elements of curriculum ideology and politics into the course teaching process based on the professional knowledge with reasonable teaching design can improve the teaching effect, and it is an effective way to cultivate talents with the ability of “New Engineering” and “Craftsmanship”.
