摘要
把课程思政融入教学工作中是高校开展立德树人的根本任务。“食品微生物学”是食品科学与工程类专业学生的专业必修课程,其课程特色使得教材知识点中可以挖掘出大量思政元素,因此在“食品微生物学”的授课过程中开展课程思政具有得天独厚的优势。研究通过聚焦学习效果、重构教材内容、制定教学策略、反向课程设计、多元化评价五个维度对“食品微生物学”开展基于OBE教学理念的课程思政改革,取得了课程目标长效改革方案的制定、动静态相结合的课程思政案例库的建设、针对不同学生的个性化教学策略的制定等成效,以期为培养具有文化自信、民族自豪感、爱国主义情怀、严谨的科学精神的新时代大学生提供借鉴。
Integrating ideological and political education into teaching work is the fundamental task for universities to carry out moral education and talent cultivation. “Food Microbiology” is a compulsory course for students majoring in food science and engineering. Its unique characteristics allow for the exploration of a large number of ideological and political elements in the textbook knowledge points. Therefore, conducting ideological and political education in the teaching process of “Food Microbiology” has unique advantages. This study focuses on five dimensions of learning effectiveness, restructuring textbook content, developing teaching strategies, reverse course design, and diversified evaluation, to carry out ideological and political reforms in “Food Microbiology” based on the OBE teaching concept. The study has achieved results such as the formulation of a long-term reform plan for course objectives, the construction of a dynamic and static course ideological and political case library, and the development of personalized teaching strategies for different students. The aim is to provide reference for cultivating new era college students with cultural confidence, national pride, patriotism, and rigorous scientific spirit.
