摘要
为了能够在发生火灾时为应急救援和人员逃生提供更宽裕的时间和保障进行了阻燃B1级中压耐火电缆研制。通过沿用常规中压电力电缆绝缘线芯结构设计满足了中压电力传输性能要求;采用耐高温阻燃型隔热层和高温结壳性陶瓷化隔火层密实挤出结构满足了750℃耐火性能要求;采用阻燃性、耐高温性、热释放能力俱佳的无碱玻璃纤维填充和专用无卤低烟阻燃低毒聚烯烃护套材料满足了阻燃B1级性能要求。该类电缆的成功自主研制满足了高层建筑、各种大型公共设施及商场等场所的使用需求。
In order to provide more time and security for emergency rescue and personnel escape in the event of a fire, a flame retardant class B1 MV fire resistant cable is developed. The use of the insulation core structure design of conventional MV power cables has met the requirements for MV power transmission performance. The use of the dense extruded structure of a high-temperature resistant and flame retardant insulation layer and a high-temperature crust ceramic fire insulation layer has met the requirements of 750 ℃ fire resistance performance. The use of the alkali free glass fiber filling with excellent flame retardancy, high-temperature resistance, and heat release ability, as well as the specialized halogen-free, low smoke, flame retardant, and low toxicity polyolefin sheath material, has met the performance requirements of flame retardant class B1. The successful self-development of this type of cable meets the usage needs of high-rise buildings, various large public facilities, and shopping malls.
