共同富裕目标下我国居民对医疗服务供给的满意度研究——基于CGSS2021的实证分析

摘要 了解我国居民对于医疗服务供给的满意度与现实需要,更具针对性地提出提升对策建议。基于CGSS2021综合性社会调查数据,运用多项有序的Logit模型方法,从“个人”、“政策环境”和“就医服务”三个维度出发分析总结居民对医疗服务供给满意度及其影响因素。研究发现:居民个人的户籍地、年龄、文化程度、身体健康、工作状态以及社会地位会显著影响医疗服务满意度;医疗保险参保情况、医疗资源的便利性和可及程度对公众满意度产生重要影响;在就医体验方面,患者就医效率和质量直接影响居民公共卫生服务评价。因此,可从探索个性化医疗服务体系、推动城乡医疗资源共享、全面深化医疗卫生体制改革等方面入手,整体上提升我国医疗服务供给满意度。 Objective:To understand the satisfaction and practical needs of Chinese residents for medical service supply,and put forward more targeted countermeasures and suggestions.Methods:Based on CGSS2021 comprehensive social survey data,this paper analyzes and summarizes residents’satisfaction with medical service supply and its influencing factors from three dimensions:“individual”,“policy environment”and“medical service”.Results:The results show that the residence place,age,education level,health,working status and social status of individual residents can significantly affect the satisfaction of medical service.Medical insurance participation,convenience and accessibility of medical resources have an effect on public satisfaction.In terms of medical experience,the efficiency and quality of patients’medical treatment directly affect the evaluation of residents’public health services.Conclusions:Therefore,we can explore the personalized medical service system,promote the sharing of urban and rural medical resources,comprehensively deepen the reform of the medical and health system,and improve the overall satisfaction of China’s medical service supply.
