摘要
肿瘤是导致人类非感染性死亡的重要原因之一。近年来,随着影像组学生境分析的兴起和发展,其在区分肿瘤类型、预测转移、评估临床治疗后反应、预测预后等领域取得了一些进展。本文综述了影像组学生境分析的简介、在肿瘤研究方面的进展,以及方法学的对比,旨在为后续在肿瘤研究中应用影像组学生境分析提供参考。
Tumor is one of the important causes of non-infectious mortality in humans.In recent years,with the rise and development of radiomic habitat analysis,some progress has been made in the fields of distinguishing tumor types,predicting metastasis,evaluating post-clinical response,and predicting prognosis.This article reviews the introduction,progress and methodological comparison of radiomic habitat analysis,aiming to provide a reference for the subsequent application of radiomic habitat analysis in tumor research.
