基于影像组学的肺腺癌基因突变的可视化研究进展

摘要 肺腺癌是肺癌中较为常见的类型之一,属于非小细胞癌,当前其驱动基因多数通过组织活检等有创方式进行检测。影像组学是一种在影像中提取大量信息,包括肉眼难以识别和量化的数据来进行辅助诊断的技术,可以通过无创且可重复的方法辅助医师进行病灶的定位和诊断。本文主要就影像组学在深层次挖掘预测且分析肺腺癌基因突变研究进展上进行综述。 Lung adenocarcinoma,a common type of lung cancer categorized as non-small cell carcinoma,typically requires invasive procedures like tissue biopsy for identifying its underlying genetic drivers.Radiomics,a technology that extracts detailed information from images,can help in the diagnostic process by uncovering data that may be difficult for the human eye to detect accurately.This innovative approach enables physicians to localize and diagnose lesions using non-invasive and consistent methods.This article provides a comprehensive review of the research advancements in radiomics for in-depth exploration,prediction,and analysis of gene mutations in lung adenocarcinoma.
