Objective This paper mainly provides the SDMM nursing scheme model based on nursing quality feedback for patients with cerebral hemorrhage, and clarifies the nursing effect of patients. Methods A total of 243 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted from April 1,2022 to April 30,2023 were selected for the study, and were divided into the reference group(121 cases, using the conventional nursing mode)and the experimental group(122 cases, using the SDMM nursing scheme constructed based on nursing quality feedback)by random balance method. The quality of life,self-management level,BI level and neurological function of the two groups of patients were analyzed, and the nursing satisfaction of the patients was evaluated. Results Before nursing, there was little difference in quality of life,BI level, selfmanagement level and neurological function between the two groups,P>0.05.After nursing, compared to the reference group, patients in the experimental group had better quality of life,ADL level was improved,BI level and nerve function were improved, and nursing satisfaction was higher,P<0.05.Conclusions Providing SDMM nursing plan based on nursing quality feedback for patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, improve thei r life ability, enhance their nursing satisfaction, and ef fectively improve the neurological function of patients.
