呼吸康复护理干预在改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸困难指数中的应用

Application of Respiratory Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in Improving Respiratory Distress Index in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨呼吸康复护理干预在改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸困难指数中的应用。方法选取我院接收的88例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为对象,样本案例纳入时间为2023年1月至2023年12月,根据样本案例纳入时间分组,2023年1月~5月接收的44例患者为参照组给予常规护理,2023年6月~12月接收的44例患者为研究组实施呼吸康复护理干预。对比两组肺功能、呼吸困难指数及运动耐力。结果研究组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量及最大呼气峰流速指标均高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组呼吸困难指数分值低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组患者6 min步行距离高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论实施呼吸康复护理干预可取得更好的干预效果,利于改善患者肺功能,减轻其呼吸困难情况,提升运动耐力。

Objective To explore the application of respiratory rehabilitation nursing intervention in improving the respiratory distress index of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 88 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease received in our hospital were selected as subjects,and the sample cases were included from January 2023 to December 2023.44 patients admitted from January to May 2023 were given routine care as the reference group.44 patients admitted from June to December 2023 were included in the study group for respiratory rehabilitation nursing intervention.Compare lung function,dyspnea index,and exercise endurance between two groups.Results The first forced expiratory volume,forced vital capacity and maximum peak expiratory flow rate of the study group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The dyspnea index of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The 6 min walking distance of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of respiratory rehabilitation nursing intervention can achieve better intervention effect,which is conducive to improving the lung function of patients,alleviating their dyspnea and enhancing exercise endurance.
