活态传承视野下“燕京火神”张连义临证与教育传承思想研究

摘要 国家大力支持中医学术流派传承工作,国家中医药管理局确立了64个当代中医药学派,重视学派传承与师承教育。在当今中医药教育格局下,确需高等院校教学的“庙堂之上”与民间从师的“江湖之远”并重。世界中医药学会联合会扶阳专业委员会发掘的“燕京火神”张连义老中医就是民间中医临证与带徒传承的典范。文章抢救性挖掘了张连义的临证与教育传承思想,全面呈现张氏于学理上,坚持两本兼去标、重视脾肾两本阳气之理路;于实践上,方药有机咬合、遣方组“矩阵”、用药量大善佐制、敢于突破配伍禁忌之经验。在此基础上,凝练出张氏破格不出格、包容法古今、传承活态化的学术标识。挖掘、展现张连义学术思想所包含的经典求索、临床实践、活态传承,期可为扶阳思想指导下相应的临床实践提供参考与借鉴,并对学术流派传承中民间经验的传承有所启发。 The country strongly supports the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine academic schools and attaches great importance to master-apprentice education.In the current pattern of traditional Chinese medicine education,the college and the people’s need to be equally emphasized.The Fuyang Professional Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies effectively integrates experts and achievement resources within the association,and a banner figure,ZHANG Lianyi,has emerged in Beijing.He searched for classics,practiced in clinical practice,and personally passed on his disciples.In terms of academic theory,he adhered to the principle of removing two root causes and emphasizing the Yang(阳)energy of the spleen and kidney.In practice,the prescription is organically occluded,the prescription is made to form a“matrix”,and the dosage is large and well coordinated,daring to break through compatibility taboos.On this basis,the academic identity of ZHANG Lianyi has been condensed,which is unconventional,inclusive of the past and present,and inheriting and revitalizing.This research provides guidance for the clinical practice of the Fuyang(扶阳)thoughts and inspires the inheritance of academic experience in folk schools.
