基于工业燃机多级轴流压气机特性预测方法研究

摘要 为了预测多级压气机的特性,通过逐级进行三维计算来修正一维计算程序内部的落后角计算模型、效率计算模型及轮缘功计算模型,使得一维计算预测的级特性曲线更加贴合所使用的叶型,降低了三维计算动静交界面传递数据而产生的误差。以此缩放方法来实现压气机特性的更好预测,同时也降低了压气机采用三维计算预测性能所消耗的资源与时间。选取某8级压气机作为计算模型来验证提出的方法。结果表明,相较原模型的一维计算预测,经过缩放修正后的一维预测方法更接近试验结果。在相同压比下,三维计算与试验结果流量相差约1.18%,而缩放修正后的一维计算与试验结果流量偏差降低至0.29%。经过修正后的一维计算对于压气机叶片攻角落后角的预测也更加精准。提出的基于维度缩放修正一维程序方法能够更好地预测多级压气机特性。 In order to predict the characteristics of the multi-stage compressor,the attack angle calculation model,the efficiency calculation model and the rim power calculation model in the 1D(one-dimensional)calculation program are corrected by single stage 3D(three-dimensional)calculation,so that the stage characteristics predicted by the 1D calculation is more suitable to the blade used in the calculation,and reduces the error caused by the data-transferring at the mixing plane of the 3D calculation.This method can achieve a better prediction of the compressor characteristics,meanwhile reduce the resources and time consumed by using 3D calculation to predict the compressor performance.Taking an 8-stage compressor as the calculation model to verify the proposed method.The results shows that,compared with the 1D calculation prediction without corrected,the 1D prediction corrected is closer to the experimental results.Under the same pressure ratio,the flow difference between the three-dimensional calculation and the test result is about 1.18%,while the 1D calculation and the experimental result flow deviation after scaling is reduced to 0.29%.The corrected 1D calculation is more accurate in predicting the lag angle and attack angle of compressor blade.The proposed 1D program correction method based on dimension scaling can better predict the characteristics of multi-stage compressors.
