马克思主义人口理论对我国应对人口老龄化的启示

The Enlightenment of Marxist Population Theory on China’s Response to Population Aging

当前我国人口老龄化形势较为严峻。积极应对人口老龄化,既是党和国家的战略任务,也是经济社会发展的现实需求。马克思主义人口理论是马克思、恩格斯在辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义基础上创立,后被列宁以及中国共产党人在实践中不断创新发展,从而形成的用以研究人口现象、探索人口规律、剖析人口实质的科学理论,对我国应对人口老龄化有着重要的启示作用。基于马克思主义人口理论,我们可从完善生育配套政策、着力提高人口素质和大力发展老龄产业等方面探寻应对人口老龄化的具体对策。

The current situation of aging population in China is relatively severe.Actively addressing the aging population is not only a strategic task of the Party and the country,but also a practical need for economic and social development.Marxist population theory was founded by Marx and Engels on the basis of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,and later innovated and developed by Lenin and the CPC in practice.The scientific theory formed to study population phenomena,explore population laws,and analyze the essence of population has an important enlightenment on China’s response to population aging.Based on Marxist population theory,we can explore specific strategies to address population aging by improving supporting policies for childbirth,focusing on improving population quality,and vigorously developing the aging industry.
