摘要
老年人力资源是指身体相对健康、具备劳动能力且具有就业意愿的老年人口总称。随着我国人口健康水平和平均年龄的不断增加,社会老龄化进程也在不断地加速,老年人力资源的开发和利用受到了越来越多学者的重视。本文以我国老龄社会为背景,分析了我国老年人力资源开发的现状和存在的问题,包括政策支持不足、开发力度不够、老年人就业权益保障不足等方面的问题。同时指出老年人力资源是我国经济发展的重要资源之一,开发利用好这一资源对于缓解劳动力短缺、促进经济发展、推动老龄事业高质量发展等方面具有重要意义。
The elderly human resources refer to the total of the elderly population who are relatively healthy,have labor ability and employment willingness.With the continuous improvement of the population’s health level and average age in China,the aging process of society is also accelerating.The development and utilization of elderly human resources have attracted more and more scholars’attention.This article takes China’s aging society as the background,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of elderly human resources development in China,including insufficient policy support,insufficient development efforts,inadequate protection of elderly employment rights and interests and other aspects.At the same time,it points out that elderly human resources are one of the important resources for China’s economic development,and developing and utilizing this resource well is of great significance for alleviating labor shortages,promoting economic development,and promoting high-quality development of aging industry.
