摘要
仰泳中腿部技巧是影响泳速和运动持久力的关键,很多运动员在学习初期,容易因腿部位置和动作的错误运用而出现训练疲惫、训练效果实现较慢的问题。因此,本文提出了对仰泳中水下腿与身体位置的分析,结合访谈调查总结了仰泳中水下腿与身体位置的要点以及应用原因,并结合访谈经验制定了相关的干预训练方法;同时,采用实验教学方法来验证上述问题,证明了腿与身体位置的科学处理对于仰泳技术提升的关键性作用,并提出了相应的干预训练方案以供教练员和运动员参考。
Leg technique in backstroke is the key to speed and endurance.In the early stage of learning,many athletes are prone to training fatigue and slow training results due to the wrong use of leg position and movement.Therefore,this paper puts forward the analysis of underwater leg and body position in backstroke,summarizes the key points and application reasons of leg and body position in back-stroke combined with interview survey,and develops relevant intervention training methods based on interview experience;at the same time,the experimental teaching method is used to verify the above problems,which proves that the scientific treatment of leg and body position plays a key role in the improvement of backstroke technique,and the corresponding intervention training scheme was put forward for the reference of coaches and athletes.
