摘要
随着可持续发展理念在全世界范围内不断被提及,世界各地大力提倡使用清洁能源,新能源车产业受到行业热捧。永磁同步电机以其结构简单且工作性能优异的特点成功取代传统发动机成为新能源汽车驱动系统的首选目标。永磁同步电机的电磁激励振动不仅影响驾驶舒适性,也对车辆NVH性能十分重要。因此对永磁同步电机进行模态分析和振动特性分析对后续永磁同步电机的设计具有重要参考价值。本文首先使用三维建模软件Solidworks对车用永磁同步电机进行简化建模,随后将其导入有限元仿真软件Ansys中对其部分结构以及整体模型进行了模态分析,随后对永磁同步电机在实际工况下的振动响应进行了分析计算。
The new energy vehicle industry has become increasingly popular due to the constant mention of sustainable development and the strong advocacy for clean energy worldwide.Permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM)have replaced traditional engines as the preferred drive system for new energy vehicles due to their simple structure and excellent performance.The modal and vibration characteristic analysis of a permanent magnet synchronous motor has important reference value for subsequent design,as electromagnetic excitation vibration not only affects driving comfort but also vehicle safety.This paper describes the use of Solidworks,a 3D modelling software,to simplify the modelling of an automotive permanent magnet synchronous motor.The simplified model is then imported into Ansys,a finite element simulation software,to perform modal analysis of the structure and overall model.Finally,the vibration response of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed and calculated under actual working conditions.
