西红花药理作用及临床应用的研究进展

The advances of pharmacological effect research and clinical application of Crocus sativus L.

目的对西红花的现代药理作用研究及临床应用现状进行综述,探讨其资源开发,为西红花的进一步开发和利用提供参考。方法通过查阅相关书籍和文献资料,归纳、总结西红花的药理作用及临床应用。结果西红花具有保护肝肾、抗肿瘤、保护神经系统及心血管系统等药理作用。目前,临床上用于治疗多种肝病、冠心病、神经类疾病等。结论西红花具有广泛的应用前景,应加强对西红花资源的开发利用和临床功能的开发。

Objective To review the pharmacological effect and clinical application of Crocus sativus L.,to discuss the development of its resources and to provide reference for further development and application.Methods By reviewing relevant books and literature,the pharmacological effects and clinical applications of Crocus sativus L.were summarized.Results Crocus sativus L.has pharmacological effects,such as protecting the liver and kidneys,anti-tumor,protecting the nervous and cardiovascular systems,and so on.Now,Crocus sativus L.is used to treat various liver diseases,coronary heart disease and neurological disorders in clinic.Conclusion Crocus sativus L.has a broad application prospect and we should strengthen the resources development and clinical utilization.
