社区家庭药箱的使用现状与优化措施

目的针对药品浪费这一现象分析家庭药箱的使用现状并针对现存主要问题提出优化措施。方法通过调查问卷的方式收集西安某社区100户家庭家庭药箱使用情况的相关数据并进行分析,针对现存主要问题提出建议。结果目前家庭药箱的使用主要存在缺乏使用指南、专业人员指导等问题,导致大量家庭药品过期浪费,需要针对这些问题及时采取相应措施。结论科学建立家庭药箱有利于促进公众理性购药、科学备药、合理用药、节约用药。通过引导公众正确使用家庭药箱,有利于节约药品资源,遏制药品浪费,提高医疗和药品资源的利用率。

Objective In light of the issue of pharmaceutical waste,this paper examined the current utilization of family medicine cabinets and proposed optimization strategies for addressing prevalent issues.Methods Through the use of a questionnaire,data on the utilization of medicine cabinets in 100 households within a community in Xi’an were gathered and analyzed,with recommendations provided for addressing any existing issues.Results Currently,the primary issues with the utilization of family medicine cabinets include the absence of usage guidelines,and professional guidance,leading to a significant amount of expired family medicine waste.It is imperative to promptly implement measures to address these issues.Conclusion The establishment of family medicine cabinets within the scientific community is conducive to promoting rational drug purchasing,scientific drug preparation,and the economical and rational use of drugs by the public.By guiding individuals in the correct utilization of family medicine cabinets,it is beneficial for conserving drug resources,reducing drug waste,and improving the overall utilization rate of medical and pharmaceutical resources.
