益气健脾汤结合辅助化疗在结直肠癌术后的应用研究

Study on the Application of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction Combined with Adjuvant Chemotherapy after Colorectal Cancer Surgery

目的:研究益气健脾汤结合辅助化疗在结直肠癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年8月南昌市第三医院普外科收治的70例择期行手术治疗的结直肠癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组术后采用改良FOLFOX6方案治疗,观察组术后采用改良FOLFOX6方案联合益气健脾汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医症状积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、血液学指标[癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)]、T细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生活质量问卷-C30(EORTC QLQ-C30)评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组中医症候积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CEA、CA19-9、VEGF水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为94.29%,对照组为71.43%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组EORTC QLQ-C30评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气健脾汤结合辅助化疗应用于结直肠癌术后患者能够改善其临床症状,提高睡眠质量,降低肿瘤标志物水平,增加机体免疫功能,且疗效较好,能够提高生活质量。

Objective:To study the application effect of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with adjuvant chemotherapy after colorectal cancer surgery.Method:A total of 70 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to Department of General Surgery,Nanchang Third Hospital for elective surgery from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modified FOLFOX6 regimen,and the observation group was treated with modified FOLFOX6 regimen combined with Yiqi Jianpi Decoction.TCM symptoms scores,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),hematological indicators[carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)],T cell subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and European organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire-C30(EORTC QLQ-C30)score before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the TCM syndromes scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CEA,CA19-9 and VEGF in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and CD8^(+)was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.29%in the observation group and 71.43%in the control group,that in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the EORTC QLQ-C30 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with adjuvant chemotherapy can improve the clinical symptoms,improve the sleep quality,reduce the levels of tumor markers,increase the immune function of patients with colorectal cancer after surgery,and the efficacy is good,and can improve the quality of life.
