生化检验与尿液检验在糖尿病诊断中的应用

Application of Biochemical Test and Urine Test in the Diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究分析糖尿病以生化检验、尿液检验方式在糖尿病诊断的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月-2023年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的200例疑似糖尿病患者为研究对象,均接受生化检验、尿液检验,以口服糖耐量试验结果为金标准,分析不同检查方法的诊断效能。结果生化检验与尿液检验联合诊断糖尿病的准确度、灵敏度均高于单一尿液、生化检验,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。不同检查方法的特异度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生化检验与尿液检验联合实施,对于糖尿病患者患病情况能够做出更为准确的诊断。

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of biochemical test and urine test in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of two hundred patients with suspected diabetes mellitus admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,all of whom underwent biochemical tests and urine tests.The results of oral glucose tolerance test were used as the gold standard for the diagnosis of diabetes.The diagnostic values of different tests were analyzed.Results The accuracy and sensitivity of combined biochemical test and urine test in the diagnosis of diabetes were higher than that of single urine and urine biochemical test,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the specificity of different methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Biochemical tests are combined with urine tests to make a more accurate diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.
