参芪降糖胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Shenqi Jiangtang Capsule in Treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究参芪降糖胶囊在2型糖尿病中的作用。方法回顾性选取2023年1-12月北京市西城区广外医院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,根据治疗药物不同分为两组,各40例。对照组使用盐酸二甲双胍片,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上结合参芪降糖胶囊。对比两组血糖水平、胰岛功能水平、生活质量。结果治疗后,与对照组比较,研究组血糖水平较低,胰岛功能水平较优,生活质量较高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论参芪降糖胶囊治疗2型糖尿病,能够降低血糖水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Shenqi Jiangtang capsule on type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Xicheng District Guangwai Hospital from January to December 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment drugs,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets,and the study group was treated with Shenqi Jiangtang capsule on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Blood glucose level,islet function level and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the blood glucose level in the study group was lower,the islet function level was better,and the quality of life was higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Jiangtang capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can reduce blood glucose levels,improve insulin resistance,and improve quality of life.
