食管癌合并糖尿病患者放化疗期间肠内营养与血糖控制的护理

Nursing Care of Enteral Nutrition and Blood Glucose Control in Patients with Esophageal Cancer Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus During Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy

目的探讨食管癌合并糖尿病(Diabetes Mellitus,DM)患者放化疗期间肠内营养与血糖控制的护理效果。方法选取2021年5月-2023年5月平邑县人民医院收治的60例食管癌合并DM患者为研究对象,均接受放化疗治疗,以随机数表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理+肠内营养与血糖控制针对性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果护理前,两组营养状况[营养状况评估量表(Patient Gener⁃ated Subjective Global Assessment,PG-SGA)]评分、血糖指标、生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷-74(Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74,GQOL-74)]评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。护理4周后,与对照组相比,观察组PG-SGA评分更低、血糖指标水平更低、GQOL-74评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论食管癌合并DM患者放化疗期间加强肠内营养与血糖控制的针对性护理干预,可进一步提高效果,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of enteral nutrition and blood glucose control in patients with esophageal cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus(DM)during radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods Sixty pa-tients with esophageal cancer complicated with DM treated in Pingyi County People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,all of whom were treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.They were di-vided into two groups with thirty cases in each group by random number table method.The control group received rou-tine nursing,the observation group received routine nursing+enteral nutrition and blood glucose control targeted nurs-ing,and compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in nutritional status[Patient Generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA)]score,blood glucose index and qual-ity of life[Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)]score between the two groups(all P>0.05).After 4 weeks of nursing,compared with control group,observation group had lower PG-SGA score,lower blood glucose index level and higher GQOL-74 score,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention to strengthen enteral nutrition and blood glucose control in DM patients with esophageal cancer during radiotherapy and chemotherapy can further improve the effect and is worthy of clinical application.
