老年高血压合并糖尿病患者应用健康管理的效果分析

Effect of Health Management on Elderly Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Diabetes

目的分析对老年高血压合并糖尿病患者开展健康管理的具体效果。方法选择2021年5月-2023年5月山东省泰安荣军医院就诊的90例老年高血压合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据干预方案差异分为对照组(45例,采取常规管理干预方案)和观察组(45例,采取健康管理干预方案)。比较两组干预前后血压水平、血糖水平以及生存质量。结果与同组干预前比较,两组干预后各项血压指标及血糖指标显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);与对照组干预后比较,观察组各项血压指标及血糖指标显著更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与同组干预前比较,两组干预后生存质量评分显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组干预后比较,观察组生存质量评分显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对老年高血压合并糖尿病患者采取健康管理效果显著,可提高患者生存质量,调节各项血压指标及血糖指标贴近于正常水平。

Objective To analyze the specific effect of health management on elderly patients with hypertension com-bined with diabetes.Methods A total of ninety elderly patients with hypertension combined with diabetes treated in Tai'an Rongjun Hospital of Shandong Province from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and di-vided into control group(45 cases with conventional management intervention program)and observation group(45 cases with health management intervention program)according to the difference in intervention programs.Blood pressure level,blood glucose level and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Results Compared with the same group before intervention,all blood pressure indexes and blood glucose indexes of the two groups after intervention were significantly decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group after intervention,the blood pressure indexes and blood glucose indexes in the obser-vation group were significantly lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the same group before intervention,the quality of life score of the two groups after intervention was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after intervention,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of health management on elderly patients with hypertension combined with diabetes is remark-able,which can improve the quality of life of patients,and adjust various blood pressure indexes and blood glucose in-dexes close to the normal level.
