中药汤剂联合血塞通注射液在脑梗死患者中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Combined with Xuesaitong Injection in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的分析脑梗死患者实施补阳还五汤+血塞通注射液治疗的效果。方法单纯随机选取2023年1月—2024年1月黔西市人民医院收治的脑梗死患者80例,经奇偶数分组法分为对照组、研究组,各40例。对照组行血塞通注射液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用补阳还五汤治疗,比较两组血脂指标、转归情况、有效率、不良反应。结果治疗后,研究组三酰甘油、总胆固醇均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分,改良Rankin量表分级低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.135,P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补阳还五汤与血塞通相结合后可提升疗效,不断降低血脂水平,减轻神经损伤程度,整体安全性高,能恢复脑梗死患者的自理能力。

Objective To analyze the effect of the treatment of cerebral infarction with Buyang Huanwu decoction+Xuesaitong injection.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Qianxi People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were simple randomly selected and divided into control group and study group with 40 cases each by odd and even grouping method.The control group was treated with Xuesaitong injection and the study group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction and xuesaitong injection.The blood lipid indexes,outcome,effective rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,triglyceride and total cholesterol in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the outcomes of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The treatment effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of the control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.135,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Buyang Huanwu decoction and Xuesaitong can enhance the efficacy,continuously reduce the blood lipid level,reduce the degree of nerve damage,and the overall safety is high,which can restore the self-care ability of patients with cerebral infarction.
