摘要
探讨了两种工艺合成的改性脲醛树脂胶黏剂在高密度纤维板上的应用情况。在甲醛/(尿素+三聚氰胺)物质的量比及三聚氰胺添加质量比例相同的情况下,使用强酸起始工艺合成的改性脲醛树脂胶黏剂制备的高密度纤维板24h吸水厚度膨胀率较低,相较于传统合成工艺,其性能优势显著。
This study investigates the performance of high density fiberboard(HDF)using modified urea-formaldehyde resin adhesives synthesized by two different processes.With constant formaldehyde to(urea+melamine)ratios and melamine addition ratios,HDF prepared with resin synthesized via the strong acid initiation process demonstrated significantly lower 24 hours water absorption thickness expansion rates compared to traditional synthesis methods.
