盐酸二甲双胍缓释片在2型糖尿病患者中的运用及对血糖指标的影响评估

Evaluation of the Use of Metformin Hydrochloride Extended-release Tab⁃lets in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and the Impact on Blood Glucose Indicators

目的探析盐酸二甲双胍缓释片在2型糖尿病患者中的运用及对血糖指标的影响。方法方便选取2021年11月—2023年11月聊城市妇幼保健院收治的104例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,经随机数表法分为参考组、研究组,每组52例。参考组予以盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,研究组予以盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、血糖指标、胰岛素参数、不良反应发生情况。结果与参考组84.62%的治疗总有效率相比,研究组患者98.08%的治疗总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.960,P=0.014)。与治疗前相比,两组治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白更低,且研究组低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组治疗后的空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛素分泌指数更优,且研究组优于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与参考组相比,研究组不良反应发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在予以2型糖尿病患者盐酸二甲双胍治疗时,可选择缓释片剂型,相比普通片剂,其疗效更佳,可更有效降低患者血糖水平、改善患者胰岛素功能,且更具安全性。

Objective To explore the use of metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its effect on blood glucose indicators.Methods A total of 104 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Liaocheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into reference group and study group by random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets,and the study group was treated with metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose index,insulin parameters and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the total effective rate of 84.62%in the reference group,the total effective rate of 98.08%in the study group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.960,P=0.014).Compared with before treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated fasting hemoglobin A1c of the two groups after treatment were lower,and the study group was lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the fasting insulin,insulin resistance index and insulin secretion index of the two groups after treatment were better,and the study group was better than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When metformin hydrochloride is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,extended-release tablets can be chosen.Compared with ordinary tablets,its efficacy is better,and it can lower the blood glucose level of the patients more effectively,improve the insulin function of the patients,and it is safer.
