美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪在冠心病合并慢性心衰患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Metoprolol Combined with Trimetazidine in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Combined with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探究冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)合并慢性心力衰竭(简称心衰)患者接受美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗的效果。方法回顾性选取山西盈康一生总医院于2021年4月—2023年3月收治的120例冠心病合并慢性心衰患者的临床资料,按照是否联合曲美他嗪治疗划分为对照组(美托洛尔)与观察组(美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪),各60例。对比两组的疗效、血管内皮功能、心功能和躯体功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的81.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.175,P<0.05)。观察组左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径小于对照组,血浆内皮素低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组降钙素基因相关肽、一氧化氮、左心室射血分数、躯体功能各指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪能显著改善患者血管内皮功能、心功能和躯体功能。

Objective To investigate the application effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(referred to as coronary heart disease)combined with chronic heart failure.Methods Clinical data of 120 patients with coronary heart disease combined with chronic heart failure admitted to Shanxi Yingkang Life time General Hospital from April 2021 to March 2023 were retrospectively selected,and they were divided into control group(metoprolol combined with trimetazidine)and observation group(metoprolol combined with trimetazidine)according to whether they were treated with trimetazidine,with 60 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect,vascular endothelial function,cardiac function and physical function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 81.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.175,P<0.05).Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter in observation group were smaller than those in control group,plasma endothelin was lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Calcitonin gene-related peptide,nitric oxide,left ventricular ejection fraction and physical function indexes in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine can significantly improve patients'vascular endothelial function,cardiac function and somatic function.
