中国用药教育文献计量可视化分析

Literature Metrology and Visualization Analysis of Medication Education Research Field in China

目的:探讨中国用药教育的发展进程、研究热点和前沿趋势,为进一步开展用药教育研究提供参考。方法:检索2000年1月-2023年2月发表在中国知网、维普和万方数据库的用药教育相关文献,利用CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件和Excel 2019软件进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入2475篇文献,中国用药教育相关发文量目前基本处于平稳推进状态;发文量最多的机构是首都医科大学宣武医院,发文量最多的作者是甄健存;高频关键词包括“临床药师”“药学监护”“药学服务”等;聚类分析主要生成了10个关键词聚类标签;关键词突现分析得到前17位突现关键词,提示近年来用药教育侧重于药物重整,通过开设药师门诊、加强药师干预达到药学监护目的。结论:用药教育已逐渐成为药学服务的重要内容,用药教育研究在方法学上仍有不足。寻求适宜的测量工具、探索代表性样本、完善研究相关要素、丰富用药教育种类及内容,对于保障用药安全意义重大。

Objective:To explore the development process,research hotspot and frontier trend of medication education research field in China,so as to provide reference for further research on medication education.Methods:Literature related to medication education published in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases from Jan.2000 to Feb.2023 were retrieved and screened,and visualization analysis of the included literature was performed by using CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software and Excel 2019 software.Results:A total of 2,475 literature were included,and the number of publications in medication education research field in China showed an overall increasing trend.The organization with the most publications was Xuanwu Hospital,Capital Medical University,and the author with the most publications was Zhen Jiancun.High-frequency keywords included“clinical pharmacist”“pharmaceutical care”“pharmaceutical service”.Cluster analysis mainly generated 10 keywords clustering tags.The top 17 emergent keywords were obtained from the analysis of key words,suggesting that medication education in recent years had focused on medication reorganization,and pharmaceutical care could be achieved by setting up pharmacist clinic and strengthening pharmacist intervention.Conclusion:Medication education has gradually become an important element of pharmaceutical service,and medication education researches still has shortcomings in some methodological issues.Seeking appropriate measurement tools,exploring representative samples,improving research-related elements,and enriching the types and contents of medication education are of great significance for ensuring medication safety.
