医疗机构中药制剂应用情况及发展策略

Application and Development Strategies of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulations in Medical Institutions

中药制剂来源于中医临床,具有疗效确切、副作用小、价廉、使用方便等特点。梳理了涉及中药制剂的相关法律法规,调研其发展现状。并从制剂室的建设、制剂的标准化及政策的导向3个方面总结了医疗机构中药制剂存在的问题,并给出了建议。提出了要认清目前医疗机构中药制剂发展的现状和不足,增加研发投入,优化顶层设计,还需要进一步加强政策支持,完善法律法规,以实现医疗机构中药制剂可持续、稳定的发展。

Traditional Chinese medicine preparations originate from clinical practice,with the characteristics of definite therapeutic effect,small side effects,low cost,and convenient use.This study reviewed the relevant laws and regulations related to traditional Chinese medicine preparations and investigated their current development status.This paper summarizes the problems and countermeasures of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in the hospital from three aspects,the construction of preparation rooms,standardization of preparations,and policy guidance,and provides suggestions.It is proposed to recognize the current situation and shortcomings of the development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in hospitals,increase research and development investment,optimize top-level design,increase policy support,improve the construction of relevant regulatory and regulatory systems,in order to achieve sustained,healthy,and steady development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in hospitals.
