优质护理干预在肝硬化患者中的应用效果及对生存质量影响

Application Effect of High-quality Nursing Intervention on Patients with Cirrhosis and Its Influence on Quality of Life

目的:探讨优质护理干预在肝硬化患者中的应用效果及对生存质量的影响。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年9月贵航贵阳医院收治的80例肝硬化患者,随机分为对照组(给予常规护理干预)与观察组(给予优质护理干预),各40例。对比两组肝功能、生存质量、心理状态、护理满意度。结果:干预前,两组丙氨酸氨基转氨酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后ALT和AST均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前社会功能、躯体功能、物质生活状态及心理功能评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后以上指标均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)及焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后以上指标均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度(95.00%)比对照组(80.00%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预在肝硬化患者中的应用价值较高,不仅可以改善患者肝功能及生存质量,且有助于负性情绪改善,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with cirrhosis and its influence on quality of life.Method:A total of 80 patients with cirrhosis admitted to Guihang Guiyang Hospital from June 2021 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group(given routine nursing intervention)and observation group(given high-quality nursing intervention),with 40 cases in each group.Liver function,quality of life,mental state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant difference in alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)between the two groups(P>0.05).ALT and AST in observation group were lower than those in control group after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of social function,physical function,material life status and mental function between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with cirrhosis is high,which can not only improve the liver function and quality of life of patients,but also contribute to the improvement of negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction.
