针刺联合艾灸治疗气滞血瘀型神经根型颈椎病的临床效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Moxa-wool Moxibustion in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy with Pattern of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis

目的:对针刺联合艾灸治疗气滞血瘀型神经根型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,CSR)的效果进行评价。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年6月在荆州市第三人民医院中医科门诊明确诊断为气滞血瘀型CSR患者100例,按随机数字表分为治疗组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组予以颈痛片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用针刺联合艾灸。观察两组治疗效果、症状积分、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分及颈椎功能障碍指数(neck disability index,NDI)评分。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.00%,明显优于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05);两组治疗前VAS评分、症状积分及NDI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组和对照组以上指标均较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合治疗气滞血瘀型CSR效果明显,可以减轻患者疼痛、麻木、僵硬等症状,使颈椎功能障碍得到缓解。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of acupuncture combined with moxa-wool moxibustion in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)with pattern of Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Method:A total of 100 patients with CSR with pattern of Qi stagnation and blood stasis diagnosed in Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Jingzhou Third People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into treatment group(n=50)and control group(n=50)according to random number table.The control group was treated with Jingtong Tablets,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with moxa-wool moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,symptom integrals,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and neck disability index(NDI)scores of the two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.00%,which was significantly better than 78.00%of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in VAS scores,symptom integrals and NDI scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined has obvious effects in the treatment of CSR with pattern of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,which can reduce pain,numbness,stiffness and other symptoms of patients,and alleviate cervical spine dysfunction.
