中医定向透药治疗寒湿瘀滞型盆腔炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of TCM Targeted Transdermal Therapy for Pelvic Inflammation of Cold and Damp Stagnation Type

目的:探讨寒湿瘀滞型盆腔炎(PID)采用中医定向透药治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年7月菏泽市中医医院收治的寒湿瘀滞型PID患者共计98例,以随机数字表法分成对照组(n=49)与研究组(n=49),对照组给予妇科千金胶囊治疗,研究组给予中医定向透药治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、炎症因子及生活质量。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为93.88%(46/49),较对照组的79.59%(39/49)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后两组中医症候积分均较治疗前下降,研究组均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后两组降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均较治疗前下降,研究组均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后两组世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分均较治疗前升高,研究组较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医定向透药用于治疗寒湿瘀滞型PID,能够提高临床疗效,减轻临床症状,缓解炎症反应,促进生活质量提升。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of TCM targeted transdermal therapy on cold and damp stagnation type pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).Method:A total of 98 PID patients with cold and damp stagnation type treated in Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to July 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group(n=49)and study group(n=49)by random number table method.The control group was given Fuke Qianjin Capsules treatment,and the study group was given TCM targeted transdermal therapy.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,inflammatory factors and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.88%(46/49),which was higher than 79.59%(39/49)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of procalcitonin(PCT)and C reactive protein(CRP)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in study group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the WHOQOL-BREF scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM targeted transdermal therapy for the treatment of PID with cold and damp stagnation type can improve clinical efficacy,alleviate clinical symptoms,alleviate inflammatory reactions,and promote the improvement of quality of life.
