糖尿病难愈性创面的发病机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 糖尿病创面具有发病率高、修复难度大、迁延不愈等特点,严重影响患者的生活质量,威胁人类健康。糖尿病创面在止血期后,多出现炎症期消退延迟,氧化应激增加,造成创面愈合延迟。该文介绍糖尿病创面愈合的概念及在糖尿病创面愈合过程中的创面组织、细胞、神经病变以及创面微生物群的最新研究进展,从创面微环境、细胞功能、细胞因子及分子层面阐述导致糖尿病创面迁延不愈的因素及作用机制,以期为糖尿病创面的诊断及治疗提供新的切入点。 Diabetic wounds are characterized by high morbidity,difficulty in repair,and delayed healing,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients and threaten human health.After the hemostatic phase,diabetic wounds tend to have delayed regression of the inflammatory phase and increased oxidative stress,resulting in delayed wound healing.This review introduces the concept of diabetic wound healing and the latest research progress on wound tissues,cells,neuropathy,and wound microbiota in the process of diabetic wound healing,and describes the factors and mechanisms affecting diabetic wound healing from the levels of wound microenvironment,cell function,cytokines,and molecules,with the aim of providing a new point of entry for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic wounds.
