摘要
本文通过对直压法和声发射原理的理论及试验研究,设计气体密封检测回路及合格判据,试验验证了通过压强变化情况对系统是否泄漏进行定性判断,通过超声检测对泄漏点位置进行定位判断,检测结果稳定可靠,提高了航空发动机密封检查的灵敏度和可靠性。
Through theoretical and experimental research on the principle of direct pressure and acoustic emission, the gas seal detection circuit and qualification criteria are designed. The test verifies that the pressure change is used to qualitatively judge whether the system leaks, and the location of the leak point is determined by ultrasonic detection. The detection results are stable and reliable, and the sensitivity and reliability of aero-engine seal inspection are improved.
