摘要
为满足跨石整平作业面大、作业水深大、作业精度要求高以及工效要求高等需求,通过多方比选,选用水下步履式整平设备进行深中通道S08合同段的碎石整平作业,并以“口”字型带月池的船为工作母船。采用沉管隧道基础整平监测系统对已整平碎石垫层的质量进行即时检测,各项数据存储在计算机内,操作人员可通过显示屏及时掌握整平精度的情况,实现了工作母船与整平架分离状态下测量系统高精度指导。
In order to meet the requirements of large surface,deep water depth,high precision and high efficiency,the underwater walking leveling equipment is selected to carry out the leveling operation of the S08Contract Section of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link Project through multi-comparison and selection,and the rectangular shaped ship with the moon pool is used as the working mother ship.The monitoring system of immersed tunnel foundation levelling is used to detect the quality of the levelled gravel cushion in real time.The data are stored in the computer,and the operator can grasp the levelling accuracy in time through the display screen,which realizes the high-precision guidance of the measuring system when the working mother ship is separated from the levelling frame.
